Welcome to TidyPelt. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TidyPelt. TidyPelt operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). TidyPelt is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

TidyPelt is intended for removing loose pet hair from suitable fabric surfaces. It is not intended for direct use on animals or people. Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all product instructions and safety information.

When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase. TidyPelt reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when permitted by law.

An order is not accepted until payment has been authorized and we confirm acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting it because we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after processing begins.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or telephone number provided with the order.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted and will appear in the order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices might not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, or import charges.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect customer information, severe weather, service interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional expenses caused by an inaccurate or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license or ownership rights in the intellectual property of TidyPelt, Shopify, or any third party.

TidyPelt names, logos, designs, product names, and slogans may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify’s names, logos, products, and services are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to tools supplied by third parties that we do not control or monitor.

TidyPelt is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and TidyPelt.

Shopify is not responsible for sales between you and TidyPelt, including injury, damage, or loss allegedly connected with a purchased product or service. To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims and liabilities arising from purchases and transactions with TidyPelt.

You represent that you own or possess the rights necessary to provide the Feedback and that you have disclosed compensation or incentives connected with it.

We are not obligated to maintain Feedback confidentially, pay compensation for it, or respond to it.

We may monitor, edit, refuse, or remove Feedback that we reasonably determine is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TidyPelt, Shopify, and their affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of applicable law.

  • Your violation of another person’s rights.

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services.

We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim. You agree to cooperate reasonably in its defense.
